Enviro-Structure pre-engineered building systems are manufactured to eliminate waste and ensure your specifications are met. Enviro-Structure utilizes a high tech approach to combine light-gauge steel studs and foam insulation into a single unified wall assembly.

A Enviro-Structure home is stronger, safer and more energy efficient. Heavy snow loads, hurricane winds and earthquakes promise less threat when utilizing our structurally stable high-tech building system. The building components are fire resistant, termite resistant and treated with a mold and mildew application that is guaranteed. The components create a tighter building envelope and provide an effective R-value; homeowners can expect to significantly reduce monthly energy bills. Enviro-Structure building are constructed with super insulated panels that can be erected in a shorter time period than non-panelized stick built structures. All panels are cross braced throughout for strength and stability. Enviro-Structures are heated and cooled for a fraction of the cost compared to a conventional constructed building.

Our Super-Insulated Building Panels are:

• Constructed of 5" thick EPS walls.
• Constructed of 7" thick EPS roof.
• Manufactured with EPS enhanced to prevent rodent and termite damage.
• Manufactured with the same EPS used for insulated drinking cups.
• Will not put out toxic gas or support flame.

.Studs and Rafters in the Panels are:

• Manufactured with sturdy galvanized steel that lasts a lifetime. Does not rot or can't be destroyed by termites.
• Steel used to manufacture studs and rafters is from recycled metal

Exterior Finish

• Available with any exterior (stucco, brick, stone, metal, wood, and vinyl).
• Roofs can be of any material (metal, shingle, slate or built up).
• Can be dissembled into 8' wide panels, moved, then reassembled.

Wall Components

• Sidewall panels are 8 feet wide by the side wall height tall.
• Sidewall panels have 5 inches of EPS insulation.
• Sidewall panels have an R-value of 21 with an additional R-value increase because of the reduction of infiltration thru the wall panel.
• The sidewall studs are constructed of galvanized steel manufactured from recycled metal.
• The sidewall galvanized studs are engineered to be of the correct gauge for proper building support.
• The galvanized studs will not rot or be destroyed by termites.
• A 2 ½ inch space is created within the wall between the back side of the insulation and the backside of the drywall to accommodate the wiring and plumbing for the structure.
• Doors and windows are located in the sidewalls at plant during panel construction.
• Galvanized cross bracing is engineered into the panel design for added strength making the structure very sturdy.
• Expandable foam is used around all doors and window and at panel junctures to eliminate infiltration in or out of the structure.
• The exterior wall finishes are the same as any conventional constructed (stucco, brick, wood, stone,vinyl, steel).
• Interior wall finish is usually drywall or any desired finish.
• Walls are erected in 8 foot panels which reduces erection time often to a fraction of the time it takes to erect a stick build structures.
• With the high R-value and reduction of infiltration, Enviro-Structures heat and cool for a fraction of conventional stick build construction.

Roof Components

• Roof panels have 7 inches EPS insulation.
• Roof panels are 4 feet wide and are from the structure's peak to the structure's eve.
• Roof panels have the same characteristics as the wall EPS insulation.
• Roof panels have an R-value of 30 with an additional increase because of the reduction of infiltration thru the roof panel.
• Expandable foam is used at all roof panel connections to eliminate infiltration.
• All ceilings are cathedral.
• The insulation is in the roof panels eliminating the need for an attic, allowing this space to be used as a loft.
• Roofs can be of any material (metal, shingle, slate or buildup).

Air Handling System

• Enviro-Structure buildings are constructed to eliminate infiltration and require an air exchange to control the moisture in the structure.
• Air in the building is changed several times per hour.
• The majority of the energy used to heat or cool the new air comes from the exhausted old air.
• The new air is humidified or dehumidified as required for an optimum environment.
• The new air is filtered to remove dust and pollen creating a healthy living environment.
